As a registered teacher you may conduct multiple batches of no more than 8 children per batch. You may earn upto Rs. 50000 a month based on the number of children and batches you decide to do.
All advertising is done by us and hence only interested parents will reach out to you. You as a teacher don't have to market your skillset. The platform showcases you and allows parents to touch base with you directly.

Yes, if you have the infrastructure and support system.
Some knowledge of technology would be ideal. You will be given the appropriate training or helpline to reach out to for any information of the working of the apps.
You will be charged a minimum of Rs. 1500 a month or 50% of one child's fee per month, which ever is higher.
All new teachers will go through Induction training, soft skills training and Curriculum training. We will Also conduct regular training sessions which will help teachers to constantly upgrade.
The Teacher has to make sure that the parents house is secure for conducting classes. The ownership of security will always be on the teacher.
Teachers and Parents can directly plan and communicate the best education plan for the child in Kido Village. Being a customized learning platform the teacher can decide how to manage the age groups based on experience, number of children, space available and teaching capabilities. Kido Village trainers will be available to discuss concerns periodically.
Yes. The minimum of Rs. 1500 will still be payable since you will have complete access to all systems.
The curriculum will be different for different age groups. The curriculum will be provided to you for all levels.
Kido Village will provide assessment metrics and the certification.
Day care teachers will be able to set up appropriate day care centres, provided that they have the right learning and safe space to accommodate children. The number of children that the daycare teacher takes in will be governed by the size and the ability to handle the children. The recommended batch is 4- 5 children which will require an additional assistant should the number of children be increased. The curriculum will be provided by Kido Village.
Kido Village is best suited for cities where there is a selection of children in the preschool age group. If there are no children, Kido Village may not be applicable to you. You can reach out to the team for alternate teaching options.
Teachers who register themselves on our Kido Village platform, will have to go through all the mandatory background checks and formalities. Once selected they will get trained to meet our teaching standards and then be allowed access to our world class curriculum and have their profile featured on our Kido Village website. Parents are however urged to personally check the learning space and make an informed decision.

Kido Village will host a diverse selection of women on our teaching platform which will range from qualified teachers with experience, women who have a passion for education and freshers. Each experienced teacher or fresher will be provided complete training, (based on their experience and qualification) including global best practices in care and customizing curriculum for every child’s specific needs. Periodic workshops and guidance calls to keep them updated with the latest finding in the early childhood industry and pedagogical developments.
The cost will vary from city to city and from teacher to teacher depending on the number of hours and the customization involved in your child's learning requirement. This can be discussed with the selected teacher from Kido Village once you have selected your learning plan.
For any given reason that you are not comfortable with the teacher or the style of teaching, as a parent you can always select a new teacher from the Kido Home platform. If this be the case, any feedback on the teacher would or may be asked for.

A teacher will be instructed on the number of children that she may take in under the Kido Village guidelines. This will be strictly followed up with surprise visits and checks. Each teacher will inform about the ratios she manages on her profile, parents can always report malpractices on the parent app directly to the platform.
Kido Village teachers are provided with training and high quality operating procedures used in Kido nurseries worldwide. We do this by bringing a network of teachers on our platform and provide them with training, administrative and technical support and quality control. Home visits to the premises are done by third party audit companies to see if they meet our teaching standards and suitable for children. Parents may report inconsistencies with hygiene and best practices on the parent app.
